Connexion is a stadium design,housing and transportation hub.
To activate the site located in Little Haiti, we incorporated a middle nod that radiates out to connect housing, stadium, and educational areas. There are two layers of circulation, a pedestrian bridge to connect the people from the ground to the stadium or housing and re-design of the roundabout for mass transit. The nod expands every 30’ to create new paths and spaces for the main vehicular circulation, as well as spaces divided into green areas, drop off areas, walkways and bike lines.
