Block organizational strategy: All units facing the Iron Market Walk are two bedroom apartments. Moderate zones will host one, two and three bedroom apartments. Purely residential zones consist of one and three bedroom apartments and work-live opportunities on the ground level. High urban transit zones will contain single bedroom apartments and studios in order to attract the faster pace of a younger individual. Semi-private courtyard covers the parking garage and is enveloped by apartments all around making it a safe and popular in the community. A three floor parking garage will contain sufficient parking for both commercial and residential units and access from all corners allows for easy and convenient transitions between zones. Any commerce facing the Iron Market should be restaurants, bars, or small shops that require a slow pace consumer. High urban transit zones will have quick stop and go shops. Moderate commerce zones have wider sidewalks allowing for outdoor eating and a slower pace crowd than the high urban zone.
